Destination eligibility is based on the shipping address. All products are subject to inventory availability. An eligible country listing does not guarantee that an out-of-stock item can be purchased. Canadian product information applies to the corresponding Canadian-labelled formulation.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the items, currency, shipping charge, taxes, and final total before submitting an order. If an availability issue, pricing error, or destination restriction prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the unfulfilled portion. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement.

Fulfillment and delivery

Our team self-fulfills orders from Blaine, Washington, USA, including Canadian orders. Shipping services, estimates, cross-border considerations, and destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases in both countries and explains the 30-day unopened-item return process. Contact us for authorization before returning a product.
