Where we ship and product availability

We ship eligible Ferravitin products to the United States and Canada. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address, not your billing address or selected currency. Availability is subject to stock and carrier service.

Rapid Restoration cannot be shipped to Canada. Pregnancy Formula cannot be shipped to the United States. If your cart contains a product unavailable for your destination, remove it before checking out.

Self-fulfillment

Our team prepares, packs, and dispatches orders directly from 1733 H St, Ste 450, Blaine, WA 98230, USA. Canadian orders also ship from this U.S. location. This is our shipping origin; contact us for authorization and instructions before sending a return.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 2:00 PM Pacific Time begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Shipping rates

• United States: free Economy shipping for eligible orders. Express shipping, where offered, is priced at checkout; the current base rate is $6.99 USD.
• Canada: free standard shipping for eligible Daily Maintenance and Pregnancy Formula orders where service is available.

The final shipping charge and currency are displayed before payment. Shipping charges may be combined when an order contains items with separate shipping rates. Free shipping refers to outbound transportation and does not mean that taxes, duties, or carrier customs fees are included.

Delivery estimates and tracking

U.S. standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch in the contiguous United States. The current U.S. Express service displays an estimate of 2–3 business days. Delivery outside the contiguous United States and to military addresses may take longer. Canadian delivery varies by destination, carrier, and customs processing; contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Available services depend on your address. PO boxes and military addresses require a compatible carrier service. Tracking information is sent when the order ships. Weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, and customs inspections may affect delivery.

Canadian orders

Canadian availability is limited to Daily Maintenance (NPN 80143362) and Pregnancy Formula (NPN 80143356), using the corresponding Canadian-labelled formulation. U.S. and Canadian formulations and directions must not be treated as interchangeable. Follow the label on the product supplied for your market.

Canadian shipments cross the U.S.–Canada border and may be inspected by customs. Any taxes or duties collected by us are identified at checkout. Other import charges or carrier fees may apply. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about potential charges.

Address changes, delays, and delivery problems

Check your shipping address before payment. Contact us promptly for changes or cancellation requests; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. For missing, damaged, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages, contact support@ferravitin.com with your order number. Please report a delay within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, where possible. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.

Packaging and returns

Online orders are shipped without the retail display box. Required product labelling remains with the product. Eligible unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Obtain return authorization before shipping anything back.
