Ferravitin™ USA Return Policy – shop.ferravitin.com

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- Purchased directly from shop.ferravitin.com

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used items- Promotional samples or trial-size items
- Final sale or discounted bundles- Subscription orders once shipped

Please contact support@ferravitin.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (optional for unopened packages)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable carrier.

Return shipping from non-contiguous locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO) may incur higher outbound and return rates. Ferravitin™ is not liable for these extra costs unless caused by fulfillment error.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

Contact us at support@ferravitin.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photo of the item and packaging

We may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion after reviewing the case.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once shipped. For bundle promotions, all items must be returned to receive a full refund. Partial returns may be declined or prorated.

Ferravitin™ is a nutraceutical supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Return requests based solely on perceived lack of results are not eligible once the product is opened.
