Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 25 June 2025


This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via shop.ferravitin.com and fulfilled by BioScience USA, a Wyoming-based subsidiary of BioScience Global (Canada). All orders are packed and shipped from our U.S. distribution center located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:
- All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Washington, D.C.
- U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
- U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS only

International shipping, including to Canada, is not available until Health Canada NPN clearance is approved.

Orders are processed typically within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders received after 2:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.

- Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–5 business days (contiguous U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping (DHL or FedEx Express): 1–2 business days (contiguous U.S.)

Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military APO/FPO addresses may vary and can take up to 7–10 business days, depending on location and service availability.

- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders and SKUs (Limited Time Offer)
- Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 across the contiguous U.S.

Please note: Orders to non-contiguous destinations (AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO) may be subject to extended delivery times and may incur carrier surcharges beyond standard rates.

We partner with USPS, DHL UPS, and FedEx. For PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), USPS is the required carrier. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Ferravitin™ and BioScience USA are not responsible for theft or misplacement.

To minimize delivery issues:
- Ship to a secure address (e.g., mailroom, doorman, or PO Box)
- Monitor tracking and be available to receive deliveries
- Consider shipping protection services where available

If you believe your package has been stolen:
- Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim
- Email support@ferravitin.com

Please report delays exceeding the estimated timeframe within 7 business days of expected delivery. We will assist in filing a carrier claim and evaluating a resolution.

Return eligibility, timelines, and instructions are outlined in our Return Policy. Returned items must be unopened and sent within 30 days of delivery.

To reduce packaging waste and shipping costs, all online purchases are shipped without the retail display box.
